Technical Product Description
Frame material
Wooden profile series are built from select high-quality European wood species. The wood is pre-treated allowing for the moisture content to be reduced to 12-15%. All the frames are multi-layered assemblies equipped with a thermal break to improve their efficiency. Aluminum cladding and profiles are available as an option.
Surface
We implement a chemical wood preservation technique in order to avoid infestation by insects and mold. Options of staining, RAL coloring, or bi-coloration are available in many choices. Three coats of painting applied with sanding after primer and intermediate coats assure a sleek and aesthetic look to our product.
Glazing
Configuration of insulated glazing units is highly customizable involving various technologies in order to meet our client’s requirements. Argon filled IGUs combined with low-E coating allows for the energy efficiency values that match increasing environmental standards.
Hardware
Multiple locking point mechanism creates sufficient pressure between the sashes for outstanding functionality of our product. Optionally, fully-concealed hinges hardware could be applied.
Our main concern is to provide fenestration that would fully meet the goals of a specific project.
The manufacturing method ensures that all products are aesthetically pleasing, compliant to international standards, offer excellent heat insulation, and are able to withstand a hurricane.
In addition to manufacturing, we also have experience with restoration. Our job at Chelsea Hotel included the restoration of centuries old strained-glass windows.
